(65)　非線形ディジタルフィルタESDSの画像データへの応用 −インパルス性雑音により劣化した画像の復元−

　To restore images corrupted by salt-pepper impulsive noise, median filter is used in general. Median filter deletes the noise which are located in the top and bottom of order statistic calculated in the neighborhood of a object pixel. But typical median filters are not effective in preserving image edge. And in the recently published work, primarily the method of improved median filter was recommended in this province, and produce good results. In this paper, we recommend new image restoration method which used ESDS. ESDS is the system which estimates the smoothed value and the differential value
by using sliding mode system. In our previous research, ESDS was proposed in order to eliminate impulsive noise on time-series data. We applied it to rejecting the noise of distance value that is measured by ultrasonic wave sensor. And we confirmed with the effectiveness of ESDS as the filter which eliminates salt-pepper impulsive noise on time-series data. In this pepper, we apply ESDS to image corrupted by salt-pepper impulsive noise. And we make out the effectiveness of ESDS on image data.
