(14)　非回折性散乱場による面内変位計測 Optics Japan 2002 講演予稿集, pp.142-143, 2002-11

　Recently, many studies have been performed for nondiffracting beams. It has also been shown that nondiffracting scattered fields can be generated using a diffuser masked by an annular aperture. An alternative approach for generating brighter nondiffracting random fields was also proposed using an axicon instead of the annular aperture. In this report, measurement of in-plane displacements of diffusers is proposed and demonstrated experimentally as an application of such interesting fields.
