(31) 多軸検出コイルを用いた弱磁場空間の生成 Ⅰ

The recent shortage and raising cost of nickel, which is integrant of high-permeability materials, raises the cost of magnetically shielded rooms. It reaffirms the cost-effectiveness of active magnetic cancellation (AMC) technologies. We propose a new scheme extending a parallel magnetic detection coils to combination of multi-directional magnetic detection coils. With this new AMC method, magnetic field noises were reduced as 33dB@5Hz, 25dB@30Hz, and 17dB@70Hz compared with no AMC condition. The results indicated the effectiveness of the proposed active magnetic compensation method. The active noise cancellation method works well even against a very closely located magnetic source.
