¡¡A modified amplitude-modulated joint transform correlator (AMJTC) is one of effective approaches for improving detection performance of classical JTC. In this work, single-face target detection by using the modified AMJTC is studied by using computer simulation in situation that an additive noise is present in an input plane and a contrast of the target and the reference images is different.
