菊地晃平さん(本学大学院工学研究科博士(後期)課程修了)、Peter Nijkamp教授(Open University of the Netherlands、元オランダ学術審議会会長、元欧州研究評議会会長)との共著論文：Bullying Among Pupils at School and a Country’s Educational System: An Efficiency Evaluation of Educational Performance in Europe by Means of an Extended Data Envelopment Analysisが、Social Indicators Research (Journal Impact Factor 2.8), Springerに掲載されました。

本研究は、新たに開発したValue Inversion-Data Envelopment AnalysisとImproved Ratio Minimization approachを活用して、欧州各国の教育パフォーマンスを評価しました。各国における教育への歳出や学力テストの結果に加えて、特に、いじめの状況も考慮した分析を実施しました。これらの分析結果から、スウェーデン、アイルランド、リトアニア、フィンランド、オランダ、ルクセンブルグが高パフォーマンスであることが明らかになりました。
